The room we got was a wonderful location. There is no daily room service. Only 1 elevator that is ancient. Check out is at 9am which usually places check out at 10 or 11. I would like to say that the rules are strongly enforced but they are not in every way! The owners are very nice tho.

Highly recommend coming here. The view from the balcony windows is absolutely gorgeous. Coming here with your kids is a very smart move considering there are many other families to meet and hangout with. The hotel was very well taken care of and beautiful overall. Although, I dont really like how security locks the doors after 9pm.

Very nice and clean. Right on the beach. BBQ, 2 pools, shuffle board, horse shoes, corn hole, laundry. Great staff. 1200. Per week depending on which room. I've been here numerous times and this is my favorite!

We are owners here. I have to leave a wonderful comment about Graham. Our unit is upstairs and close to the road. Our last visit my Husband could only do the stairs one time. I had to lug our suitcase and other things up the stairs. We are on the opposite end of the elevator. Graham saw me struggling and he came over and carried all of our things upstairs and then downstairs when we were going to leave. Thank you Graham. I did put in a good word for you with management and you certainly deserved it.

Stayed for two weeks in two different rooms. The rooms are okay, they are getting a little older and could use updating, same to be said for the beds but most importantly the rooms were clean. We really enjoyed our stay, the pools are nice, one is heated the other is not, both felt good, we used the grills they provide for free one night to make steaks, we hung out by the pool playing games and meeting new people and we watched a lot of beautiful sunsets. It's a nice place to stay and is in a great location, you're only a half mile from Town Square where all the restaurants, bars and shops are at. Highly recommend you give it a try.

Its a beautiful property right on the water. Very well maintained but dated. There are 2 buildings on site but only one faces the water. The other building looks out on to the pool area. Pool area is large with a nice heated pool and a hot tub. Although children are welcome, I noticed the staff was quite attentive and if the kids splashed or yelled they were quickly admonished to be quiet or get out. They seemed to pander to the 55+set with their rules. Located a mile from Times square and directly on the trolley line, the location is very central & convenient to shopping, dining, and night life. The laundry facilities are not great. Several of the macines either ate extra money or didn't work. No a/c in the small hot area. A good value for a relaxing vacation.

Love this place. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is family oriented and cozy - not like a big chain resort hotel. The rooms are more like small apartments. The front office has several activities throughout the week like root beer floats or bloody Mary's or ice cream sundaes. Great place.
